What should I do after I’ve locked in my transfer and sent my funds?

Once you’ve booked your transfer and sent your funds to OFX you can rest assured knowing our OFXperts will take it from there.

You will receive email notifications throughout the transfer process including:

  • A deal confirmation email that lets you know your transfer amount and rates are locked. This means the transfer is now legally binding and guaranteed.
  • A funds received email when OFX receives your currency.
  • A funds paid email when OFX sends your funds to your recipient. At this point in the process, the transfer has left OFX’s hands and is on its way to your recipient.
