Whilst we have rolled out 2-Step Verification on our digital channels, being the secure website and mobile app, which means you will no longer be asked to answer your security question when using these channels.

Yes, your account security is important to us. When you call an OFXpert for support you will be asked to verify your identity by answering your security questions. When you log into your OFX Account online or on the OFX Mobile App you will be prompted to proceed through our multi-factor authentication process where you will need your username and password to access your account.
