If the deal hasn’t been paid yet, contact an OFXpert to assist you in adding the reference number to the transfer. Transfers in certain currencies may allow you to add an amendment even if the deal has already been paid. In all other cases, you can send a copy of the funds paid email to your recipient for their records.

To add your home account details, log into your OFX Account, click on “Recipients” and select “Add New Recipients”. At this point, you will be able to add the details for your domestic bank account. The account that the funds are delivered to must be in your name. Watch our short OFXpert guide for a step-by-step video on adding recipients.

Tracking a transfer is easy with OFX. You can view your transfer progress in your OFX account via the progress bar underneath your open transfers. You will also receive transfer notifications along the way. These notifications will include a deal confirmation email, a funds received email, and a funds paid email.
