Continued suspension of payments to Russia and Ukraine

We are deeply saddened by the ongoing conflict in Ukraine.

Since the invasion began in early 2022, various economic sanctions and trade restrictions have been imposed globally in connection with the conflict, targeting many countries, industries, and individuals. These prohibitions continue to restrict the movement of money across certain regions, industries, and individuals. We continuously monitor our operations and client transactions to ensure no OFX transfers contravene relevant sanctions requirements.

As a result, all payments to Russia and Ukraine remain suspended for now. This includes:

Transfers or transactions potentially linked to affected entities or locations may require additional information before clearance to transact may be considered.

We continue to monitor the situation and hope to resume service when possible. We encourage all our clients to stay informed and ensure they comply with their local sanctions regimes, as changes to requirements continue to be implemented by many governments on a frequent basis.
