How does multi-factor authentication work?

Your account security is OFX’s top priority. That’s why every time you log into your OFX account or the OFX Mobile App, you will need to provide two sets of information for user authentication. This will include your login credentials (username & password) and a verification code. The verification code will be sent via SMS text message to the registered mobile phone number on your OFX account or via Google Authenticator once you have submitted your login credentials. Your SMS text message verification code is only valid for 3 minutes and every time you attempt to log in, OFX will send you a new unique code.
