Once you have registered for a business account online, a member of our team will give you a call for Knowing Your Client (KYC) purposes and then send over a Corporate Client Agreement to be filled out and sent back. Once these documents have been reviewed and approved by our Corporate Onboarding team, the OFX account will be ready to use!
Once your company documents have been verified and approved by our Corporate Onboarding
team, you can begin transferring online.
If this is your first transfer, one of our team members will call you to confirm your
transfer.
Our global team is on hand 24/7 if you ever need help making a transfer, otherwise you
can complete your own transfers online.
We'll also send you an email and/or SMS to keep you updated on the status of your
transfer, or you can track your transfer via our mobile app.
We move money for our customers in 55 currencies (and counting!) and our network of 115 bank accounts worldwide, means when you send a transfer with us, sometimes your money won’t even need to leave the country. Once you’ve sent the funds into our local bank account, we pay your recipient from our funds in the destination country. This quick process allows you to save both time and money.
Over 80% of all transactions in major currencies are processed within 24 hours on receipt of funds to OFX.
OFX will provide you with local bank account details to send funds to (i.e. DBS in Hong Kong), and then we take care of the rest!
OFX will not charge you any transfer fees.
It’s easy! We will send you email notifications along the way when we receive and pay
your transfer.
These updates can be sent via e-mail or SMS. Simply login and go to "Your Profile" tab
and under "Your Preferences" you can select how you would like us to contact you.
You can also track the status of your transfer by clicking on the “Deals and
Orders”.
Your “Funds Received” notification will let you know when we’ve received the funds from
your bank, and your “Funds Paid” notification says when we’ve sent the funds to your
recipient’s bank account.
